After many very successful years as a broker at Keller Williams Real Estate I recently decided to launch my own real estate firm, 55+ Real Estate Services!
Most importantly, I will continue to be actively engaged in real estate sales. As a result of my new specialization, clients will receive individualized packages to prepare their home for sale with provided resources of caring professionals who specialize in working with seniors in transition and their families.
Services may include resources for managing estate sales, choosing ethical contractors, selecting reputable moving companies and recommending stress free solutions for preparing a current home for sale and of course, housing options for independent living, assisted living and/or memory care, or buying in a 55+ community.
